If you're logged into CozyCot and prompted to create a profile instead of editing an existing one, you might be using the wrong CozyCot customer account.


  1. First, ensure you're using the correct account for your brand's profile.
  2. Second, if you need to update admin credentials for your CozyCot profile, contact hello@cozycot.com for assistance.
